COVID-19 DELAYS: ORDER UPDATE & SHIPPING DATES

As mentioned in our newsletter and website- we are operating with limited staff and experiencing extreme delays with our printing company who is also operating with very little staff due to Covid-19 restrictions. 

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped out before April 15th. In the meantime, for anyone requesting a refund, don't worry.. we will go ahead and process all refunds to those who choose not to wait. We know this can be extremely frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration with not receiving your order.

Under normal circumstances (with a full staff and no printer delays) for over 6 years straight all domestic orders have shipped out in a timely fashion, usually within 3 business days. 10 business days for International orders.  

Please feel free to come back and place your order after April 15th when we are back with full staff and our Customer service team has returned to the office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but we have to comply with state and federal Covid-19 regulations.
